
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- 1 c sour cream
- ½ c packed cilantro, stems removed
- 2 tsp The Fresh Market Chili Lime Spice Rub & Marinade
- 2 limes, zested and freshly squeezed
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions
Scoop avocado flesh into food processor. Add sour cream, cilantro, The Fresh Market Chili Lime Spice Rub & Marinade, and the lime zest and juice. Process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cover with plastic wrap placed directly on the surface of the crema to prevent browning. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
