
Ingredients
- 5 Bacon Wrapped Scallop Skewers (3 per skewer)
- ¼ c maple syrup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- Fresh parsley, minced for garnish
Directions
Preheat your oven broiler and arrange the top rack 4-6” from the top.
In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce and garlic.
On a foil lined baking sheet, arrange the Bacon Wrapped Scallop Skewers and generously baste with half of the Maple/Soy mixture.
Broil the skewers for 12-15 minutes, flipping half way through and adding more basting liquid.
Pull from the oven when the bacon is crisp, the bacon fat has mostly rendered and scallops are cooked through.
Garnish with minced parsley and serve warm.
