
Ingredients
For the cheddar dogs:
- 6 The Fresh Market All Beef Hot Dogs, boiled or grilled
For the fixin’s:
- 6 Brioche Buns
- Japanese Mayonnaise
- Paté, Three Little Pigs Pork and Chicken is great
- Pickled Veggies, like Tillen Farms Carrots (or Pickled Watermelon rind, see recipe below)
- Fresh Cilantro
Directions
To assemble generously spread mayonnaise on one half of the bun and about 2 tbsp of pate on the other half of the bun.
Add hot dog and top with pickled veggies or pickled watermelon rind and fresh cilantro.
