
Ingredients
- 1 sourdough boule
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp. dried thyme
- ¼ tsp. dried marjoram
- 16 oz. Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into cubes
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Slice off the top of sourdough boule and reserve; remove inside of the bread to create a bowl.
In a small mixing bowl, combine butter, garlic, thyme and marjoram; brush mixture inside bread boule, completely covering sides and bottom.
Place brie cubes inside bread boule and top with reserved lid. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut bread into wedges and serve hot.
