
Ingredients
- 1 jar The Fresh Market Balsamic Vinaigrette with Pecorino
- 4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Directions
Place boneless, skinless chicken thighs on the bottom of slow cooker. Pour balsamic vinaigrette with Pecorino over the boneless thighs. Cook on low for 6 hours or until very tender. Remove chicken from slow cooker and discard juices. Serve with extra balsamic vinaigrette on the side for dipping.

I have been using this recipe for years and it’s always great. It’s super easy and I serve it on a kaiser roll with melted swiss cheese and sometimes a roasted red pepper.
