  • 1 pkg The Fresh Market French Rounds
  • 1 lb (approx. 2 c) cooked chicken, shredded and chopped
  • ½ c Lillie's Q Carolina BBQ sauce
  • ½ c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400F.

Spread the French rounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or tinfoil. In a bowl, mix the chicken, Lillie's Q Carolina BBQ Sauce, cheddar, green onions and black pepper by hand until thoroughly incorporated. Using a spoon or small spatula, spread a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each French round, covering the surface of the rounds completely.

Bake for 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
