
Ingredients
- 2 lb Wild Alaska Cod
- Kosher salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 c All purpose flour
- 1 c cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 c Oktoberfest Beer
- 1 c vodka
Directions
Prepare your air fryer for 380F.
Meanwhile, rinse the cod and pat dry well with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt. Slowly add the beer and vodka, stirring until just combined.
Dip the cod in the batter, letting excess run off for a few seconds, Spray with oil and put in air fryer for about 12 min, checking a couple times.
Season with salt to finish and serve immediately.
