
Ingredients
- 4 slices The Fresh Market Buck Yeah Bread
- ½ c mascarpone cheese
- juice and zest of ½ lemon
- 1 c mixed strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and/or blackberries
Directions
In a medium bowl, add the berries and lemon juice and zest and stir well to combine. Let sit for 10-15 minutes to macerate.
Toast the bread slices. Spread cheese on one side of each slice of bread and top with berry mixture. Serve immediately.
