- ½ c granulated sugar
- ½ c water
- 4 blackberries
- 10 drops Hella Orange Bitters
- 1 c ice
- 2 oz Bogle Phantom Red
- 1 orange, half juiced, and the other half reserved for serving
- 1 can Perrier Mystère Potion Blackberry Sparkling Water
Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir to combine and simmer until sugar has dissolved, about 5 minutes. Measure out 1 oz of the simple syrup and reserve.
In a cocktail shaker, muddle 4 blackberries with the orange bitters and 1 oz of the simple syrup. Fill shaker halfway with ice. Add the wine and 2 oz of orange juice, shake vigorously and then strain into a coupe or martini glass. Top with about 2 oz of Perrier. Cut an orange slice from the remaining orange half and float on top of the drink.
