Ingredients
- 1 c ice cubes
- ¼ c lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tbsp Preservatory’s Preserves Blueberry & Bourbon Preserves
- 4 shakes of Citrus Hella Bitters
- 4 oz Q Spectacular Club Soda*, divided
- Lime wedges, for garnish
*Use ½ c of your favorite bourbon in place of the club soda for a cocktail version!
Directions
Into a shaker, add the ice, lime juice, preserves and bitters. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds to chill the liquid really well.
Strain equal portions between in 2 chilled glasses, top each glass with 2 oz club soda and garnish with lime wedges. Serve immediately
