- 6 sage leaves, divided
- 2 tbsp homemade cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 4 dashes angostura bitters
- 3 oz bourbon
Muddle 4 sage leaves, cranberry sauce, maple syrup, lemon juice and bitters together in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice and add bourbon. Shake vigorously for about a minute, then strain into 2 glasses. To release the oils, slap a sage leaf in between your palms and garnish on top of each cocktail.
