- 2 (6 oz) salmon fillets, skin on
- 1 tbsp The Fresh Market Chili Lime Rub, divided
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- ½ lime
Place salmon skin side-down on foil-lined sheet pan. Season flesh side evenly with chili lime rub and cover with plastic wrap. Let sit for 30 minutes or refrigerate up to 2 hours.
Turn broiler to high and place pan 6 inches under the broiler. Broil for about 6 minutes. Brush maple syrup evenly over salmon and continue cooking 2 minutes more. Once salmon is finished broiling, squeeze with lime juice and serve.
