Broiled Chili Lime Maple Salmon


  • 2 (6 oz) salmon fillets, skin on
  • 1 tbsp The Fresh Market Chili Lime Rub, divided
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ lime
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced


Place salmon skin side-down on foil-lined sheet pan. Season flesh side evenly with chili lime rub and cover with plastic wrap. Let sit for 30 minutes or refrigerate up to 2 hours.

Preheat broiler to high and place pan 6 inches under the broiler. Broil for about 6 minutes. Brush maple syrup evenly over salmon and continue broiling 2 minutes more. To serve, top with a squeeze of fresh lime juice and green onions.
