
Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. blue cheese
- 1 jar sharp cheese
- 1 c. fresh parsley, minced
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. pecans, finely chopped
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except the pecans. Mix by hand until well blended. With your hands, roll into logs or balls and place on waxed paper.
On a large place, place finely chopped pecans. Roll each log or ball in pecans, coating evenly.
