- 3 lbs boneless chicken thighs
- 1 jar Siete Enchilada Sauce
- 2 pkgs cream cheese
- 1 lb sliced pepper jack cheese
- 1 bag Siete Blue Tortilla Chips

Directions
Place boneless chicken thighs in the bottom of the crockpot and pour enchilada sauce over the thighs. Cook on low for 6 hours.
Cut cream cheese into cubes and stir into the crockpot along with the pepper jack cheese. Cook on low for 30 more minutes. Make sure mixture is well blended. Serve with tortilla chips, warm straight from the crockpot."
