- 1½ c. semi sweet chocolate pieces
- 8 oz. (1 pkg) The Fresh Market Cream Cheese, room temperature
- ½ c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ¾ c. dried cherries, chopped
- ½ c. mini marshmallows
- Pistachios, crushed
- Peppermint, crushed

Place chocolate in microwave safe bowl. Heat in 30-45 second increments, stirring until completely melted. Meanwhile, add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla to bowl in a separate bowl and blend with hand mixer until smooth. Add melted chocolate and mix until thoroughly combine. Stir in your preferred add in.
Place mixture in refrigerator at least 1 hour to chill. Can be left overnight
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop chocolate mixture and roll into balls. Place preferred topping on a plate or platter and roll truffles, pressing slightly to ensure topping adheres. Place truffles on parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes.
