- 1.5 c. coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. honey
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon, plus more for topping
- 1 tsp. matcha green tea powder
In a small sauce pan over medium heat, combine coconut milk, honey and ground cinnamon. Stirring occasionally, bring the temperature of the milk between 140ºF and 160ºF. Do not allow milk to boil.
Pour hot milk mixture and matcha powder into a high speed blender and blend on medium speed for 20-30 seconds to incorporate air into milk.
Serve immediately topped with addition sprinkle of cinnamon.
