
Ingredients
- 4 Belgian Boys Crepes
- 1 1/2 c cottage cheese
- 1/3 c jam
- Powdered sugar
- Mint
Directions
Evenly spread cottage cheese over each crepe and top with jam. Fold into quarters. Garnish with powdered sugar and mint.
