Ingredients
Cranberry Rosemary Simple Syrup:
- 1 c fresh cranberries
- 1 c water
- ½ c granulated sugar
- ½ c cranberry Juice
- 3 sprigs of rosemary
Mixing:
- 1 part Cranberry Rosemary Syrup
- 2 parts Poppi Cranberry Fizz
- 2 parts ginger beer
Directions
Simple Syrup: Add all ingredients into a pan and simmer on low until sugar is dissolved and the liquid is clear. Remove cranberries from pan when they have softened, but before they pop. Strain the liquid, discard any solids and put syrup in air-tight container (should last for about a week).
Use a highball glass and fill ½ with crushed ice. Mix all ingredients and garnish with 3 cranberries on a toothpick, a sprig of rosemary and an orange slice. If you have cocktail glitter, ad a pinch of gold or silver to make your drink merrier and brighter.

While my 14 year old daughter loved the spritzer (sugar is one of her food groups), I thought it was way too sweet and I'm not sure the Poppi was needed (a pain to find). Maybe omitting the Poppi & replacing it with club soda would be better.
