
Ingredients
- 4 The Fresh Market Bratwurst Pork Sausage
- 1 c The Foraging Fox Upcycled Ketchup
- 1-2 tbsp Curry Powder
- 2-3 Russet Potatoes
- Salt
- Olive Oil
- The Foraging Fox Smoked Garlic Mayo
Directions
Grill bratwurst pork sausages until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Top grilled pork sausages with The Foraging Fox Upcycled Ketchup. Sprinkle curry powder on top.
For the Belgian Fries, boil the cut potatoes for 5-7 minutes. Immediately put boiled potatoes in cold water then onto a paper towel to pat dry.
Once dry, season with your favorite seasoning like salt or pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Put them in the air fryer for about 10 minutes at 390. Pause to shake the fries around, then air fry again for another 10 minutes.
Serve immediately with The Foraging Fox Upcycled Ketchup or The Foraging Fox Mayonnaise
