- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 3 ½ oz. organic dark chocolate 85% cacao, roughly chopped
- ⅔ c. coconut milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. honey
In a saucepot, melt coconut oil over medium heat. Add the dark chocolate and coconut milk and stir continuously until chocolate is melted and milk is incorporated. Turn off heat and add vanilla and honey and stir until well combined.
Ganache can be served fondue style with favorite fruits, slices of The Fresh Market French Vanilla Pound Cake or drizzled over Chocolate & Smoked Sea Salt Dessert Balls.
