
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 ½ oz organic dark chocolate 85% cacao, roughly chopped
- ⅔ c coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey
Directions
In a saucepot, melt coconut oil over medium heat. Add the dark chocolate and coconut milk and stir continuously until chocolate is melted and milk is incorporated. Turn off heat and add vanilla and honey and stir until well combined.
Ganache can be served fondue style with favorite fruits or slices of The Fresh Market French Vanilla Pound Cake.

Excellent consistancy. Can layer cake and pour over top to cover sides. Let cool. Best over chocolate cake. Makes a true French ganaush cake. Awesome if you use fine Belgian chocolate. Absolutely-Fabulous!!!!!!
