Honey and Orange Sugar Rim:
Rim glass with honey & orange sugar*.
Pour Roots with Ginger Pressed over ice and top with sparkling mineral water. Garnish with cucumber and carrot ribbon, & parsley sprigs.
For the Honey and Orange Sugar Rim:
Combine the orange zest and sugar in a food processor. Process on high for 30 seconds or until the zest has broken down and incorporated with the granulated sugar tinting the sugar a light orange color.
Keep in an air tight container up to one week in the refrigerator.
