
Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- ½ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 3 oz champagne or sparkling wine
- Lemon twist for garnish
Directions
Add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a champagne flute and top with champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon twist and serve immediately.
