
Ingredients
- 1 c. Greek yogurt, strained
- 1 tbsp. fresh dill, roughly chopped
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and diced
- ¼ c. onion, chopped
- ¼ c. bell pepper, chopped
Directions
In a large serving bowl, combine yogurt, dill and sugar. Add cucumber, onions and peppers, mixing until ingredients are evenly coated. Refrigerate at least 2 hours and serve chilled.
Excellent served with lamb or a fatty fish.
