
Ingredients
- 2 (5 oz) cans Safe Catch Wild Albacore Tuna, drained
- 1 stalk celery, halved lengthwise, and thinly sliced
- 5 tbsp fresh herbs such as basil, chives and or tarragon, chopped
- 4 tbsp Primal Kitchen Green Goddess Dressing
- 2 tbsp Primal Kitchen Mayo with Avocado Oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
Add tuna, celery, herbs, dressing and mayo to a large bowl and mix well to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Enjoy as a sandwich or with crackers.

Really flavorful! I wouldn’t have ever thought to use the Green Goddess salad dressing, as I normally make tuna salad using mayo. We sprung for the two Primal Kitchen items and served the tuna on ciabatta rolls with a slice of tomato and some butter lettuce. We were able to divide this into three servings rather than two as suggested. Next time I’ll double it so we can enjoy leftovers as a snack on crackers!
