Grilled Pineapple with Chili Lime Rub

Grilled Pineapple


  • 1 whole pineapple, cored, peeled and sliced into spears
  • 1 tbsp. canola oil
  • 3 tbsp. The Fresh Market Chili Lime Rub
  • 3 tbsp. fresh mint, julienned


Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly brush pineapple sprears with canola oil and sprinkle evenly with rub. Place pineapple on grill and cook 5-7 minute on each side or until pineapple is slightly charred and warmed through. Serve warm with fresh mint.
