
Ingredients
- 2 patties Actual Veggies® The Actual Truffle Burger
- 2 buns
- ½ white onion
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 8 oz cremini or white mushrooms, halved
- Swiss cheese slices
- Garlic aioli
- Watercress, to taste
Directions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Slice onions into round pieces, about 3/4- to 1-inch thick. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt on both sides. Place onions directly on the grill or over foil and cook for 5-7 minutes per side.
Place halved mushrooms over foil and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Fold foil over the mushrooms and seal the edges. Pierce a few holes on top of the foil pack with a fork. Cook for 8 minutes, then flip the pouch and continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes.
Grill Actual Veggies® Truffle burgers for about 5 minutes on each side. Top with Swiss cheese slices and continue cooking until fully melted.
Toast buns and spread garlic aioli on the bottom half of each bun. Top with Actual Veggies® Truffle burger, grilled onions and grilled mushrooms. Cover with top halves of buns and serve.
