- 2 lb Heirloom Tomatoes (a mixture of colors and sizes), sliced approx. ½-in thick
- 1 (approx. 8 oz) ball The Fresh Market Fresh Mozzarella
- Fresh basil
- Casas De Hualdo Rock'n R'Olive Arbequina Oil
- Flaky sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Arrange tomatoes on a large platter. Tear mozzarella and basil leaves and scatter over tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with flaky sea salt and top with freshly ground pepper.
