
Ingredients
- 1 lb ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Sea salt, to taste
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 c whole milk plain yogurt (regular or Greek)
- 6 tbsp honey
- 1 c granola
Directions
Add peaches, lemon juice, salt, vanilla, yogurt and honey to a mixing bowl. Stir well with a spatula until well incorporated. Divide mixture evenly into popsicle molds, filling three quarters of the way. Top each popsicle with granola and add the popsicle sticks. Freeze for 24 hours before serving.
