
Ingredients
- 2 shots illy Classico Espresso
- 2 tbsp The Fresh Market Chocolate Sauce
- ¼ c Graeter's Madagascar Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 tbsp roasted and salted pistachios
- 1 cookie
Directions
Coat the inside of a 4-6oz heat safe coffee cup with The Fresh Market chocolate sauce. At room temperature the sauce will be a fudge, spreadable consistency.
Pack ice cream into half of the chocolate lined cup, vertically. If making ahead, store this in the freezer.
When ready to enjoy, fill the other half with brewed ILLY espresso. Top the ice cream with crushed pistachios and dress with a cookie. Enjoy immediately.
