
Ingredients
- 1 package The Fresh Market Buttermilk and Pancake Waffle Mix
- ½ cup The Fresh Marked Orange Marmalade
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- Butter for greasing the pan and serving
Directions
In a large bowl, prepare The Fresh Market Buttermilk Pancake mix according to package instructions.
Preheat a griddle to 350*
To make the jelly donut pancakes, place about 1/3 cup of pancake batter down on the griddle. Immediately, add 1 tsp Orange Marmalade to the center and cover with a little more pancake batter.
Cook, untouched until small bubbles begin to appear on the top of the batter, about 2 minutes.
Carefully flip, and cook an 1-2 minutes
Serve hot with a dusting of powdered sugar and dollop of butter.
