Yumbo! My Grandmother was a Horticulture nut and she had a Kumquat Bush in her front yard, took me to grow up to really enjoy them fresh with the skin on, She made Kumquat preserves that were delish! I love this recipe, the creaminess of the Ricotta & the sweet/tart taste of the Kumquats!
