Lemon and Mint Summer Spritzer

• 1 whole lemon, thinly sliced
• 1 c. fresh mint
• 1 c. maple syrup
• 1 bottle sauvignon blanc wine, chilled
• 3 c. The Fresh Market Sparkling Italian Mineral Water, chilled

Place lemon slices, mint and maple syrup into the bottom of a large pitcher. Using a wooden spoon muddle mixture until lemons release their juices and mint is slightly torn. Add sauvignon blanc wine and sparkling water. Stir to combine and serve immediately.
