
Ingredients
- 1/2 c Tahini
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 small clove garlic, grated
- Pinch of cayenne
- 2 tbsp +/- warm water
Directions
Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl. Taste. Adjust seasoning with salt, lemon juice and/or maple syrup to preference.
Chef tip: This also makes a great dressing for grain bowls and roasted veggies. Thin the sauce slightly by adding a little extra water. This keeps well in the fridge for the week. Just shake vigorously or whisk before using.
Garnish ideas: sesame seeds, lemon zest, flat leaf parsley
