Ingredients

  • 3 oz gin (can also use vodka)
  • 3 tbsp RAFT Hibiscus Lavender Syrup
  • 2 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 20 dashes RAFT Cardamom Bitters
  • Ice
  • 2 oz The Fresh Market Sparkling Mineral Water

Directions

Combine all ingredients except for mineral water in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into two coupe or martini glasses. Top with sparkling mineral water and enjoy!
