
Ingredients
- 4 racks baby back ribs
- 3 cans Guinness beer
- 3 tbsp The Fresh Market Maple Bacon Rub
- 1 bottle Stonewall Kitchen Maple Chipotle Grille Sauce
Directions
Cut each rack of ribs in half and place in large stock pot. Add beer, rub and enough water to cover ribs. Bring to a boil, partially cover and reduce to a simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove ribs onto a cookie sheet and generously coat with sauce. Prepare grill to medium heat. Place on grill and cook 5-7 minutes per side. Slice and serve warm.
