
Ingredients
- Matzah
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Feta Cheese
- Artichoke Hearts, drained and quartered
- Olives, sliced or torn
- Parsley, coarsely shopped
- Lemon, zested and halved
- Parmigiano, grated
Directions
Preheat Oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brush Matzah generously with olive oil. Arrange artichoke hearts, olives, lemon zest, feta cheese and parmigiano on top of matzah.
Bake 3-4 minutes. Top with fresh parsley and lemon juice when it comes out of the oven.
