- 1 lb Falafel Balls
- 6 pitas
- 5 oz Josie’s Organic Baby Kale
- 1 lb Dilly Cucumber Salad
- 7 oz Le Grand Tzatziki Sauce
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a sheet pan with foil.
Arrange the falafel in a single layer on pan and place in the oven. Bake for 7-8 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Wrap pitas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 15 seconds to warm.
To serve, cut the pita in half. Fill each with 3 falafel, baby kale and Dilly Cucumber Salad and top with Tzatziki Style sauce.
