
Ingredients
- 4 Lobster Tails, butterflied (ask The Fresh Market Seafood Department to split and butterfly)
- 4 oz sweet cream butter, melted
- ¼- ½ c pesto
Directions
Arrange your top oven rack 4” from the top of the oven and preheat your oven broiler on low.
Evenly arrange your butterflied lobster tails on a foil lined baking sheet and generously baste in melted sweet cream butter.
Broil for 4 minutes then increase the broil intensity to medium and broil for an addition 12 minutes.
Keep a close eye and pull when the meat is no longer translucent, just barely firm and has a little bounce.
Drizzle the cooked lobster tails with pesto just before serving.
