
Ingredients
- 8 oz Oak Smoked Salmon Spread, broken into generous flakes
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- ⅓ c fresh parsley, minced
- ⅓ c fresh dill, minced
- Zest from 1 lemon
- Salt and cracked pepper to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the salmon, cream cheese, parsley, dill and zest and gently mix with a fork or wooden spoon. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and cracked pepper.
Tip: Serve chilled on your favorite firm crackers or toasted bagels from The Fresh Market.
