Old Farmhouse Chutney Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • Two 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
  • ½ c Stonewall Kitchen Old Farmhouse Chutney
  • ¼ c scallions, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Kosher salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
  • ½ c Colby cheese, shredded
  • ½ c Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • ½ c pecans, chopped
  • Sliced apples or crackers, for serving

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chutney, scallions, garlic, salt and pepper. Fold in cheeses until thoroughly combined. Form the mixture into a ball and roll it in pecans to completely cover. Chill until ready to serve.

Serve with sliced apples or crackers.
