
Ingredients
- Two 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
- ½ c Stonewall Kitchen Old Farmhouse Chutney
- ¼ c scallions, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
- ½ c Colby cheese, shredded
- ½ c Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- ½ c pecans, chopped
- Sliced apples or crackers, for serving
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chutney, scallions, garlic, salt and pepper. Fold in cheeses until thoroughly combined. Form the mixture into a ball and roll it in pecans to completely cover. Chill until ready to serve.
Serve with sliced apples or crackers.
