Ingredients

  • 2 Pears, thinly sliced wedges
  • 4 oz Gorgonzola, thinly sliced or crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Hot Peach Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Cracked Pepper
  • The Fresh Market Original Toasted French Rounds
  • Microgreens

Directions

Place sliced pear and gorgonzola on French round or firm cracker.

Drizzle with honey and finish with cracked pepper.

Top with microgreens.
