
Ingredients
- 1 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- ½ c. red onion, thinly sliced
- 12 King’s Hawaiian Rolls
- 12 pieces Prime Rib, cooked and thinly sliced
- 1 jar Cranberry Sauce (or leftover)
- 6 slices Pepperjack cheese, cut in half
- 4 tbsp. The Fresh Market Unsalted Butter, melted
- ½ c. poppy seeds
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F, Combine red wine vinegar, sugar and red onions in a small bowl and set aside.
Cut rolls in half and top each with think slice of prime rib, 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce, pickled onion and pepperjack cheese. Return tops to rolls and place in baking dish. Lightly brush rolls with melted butter and a sprinkle of poppy seeds. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until rolls are slightly brown and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
