
Ingredients
- 8 slices The Fresh Market Sky High Rye Bread
- ½ c Russian or Thousand Island Dressing
- 1 lbs Corned beef
- thinly sliced ½ c Sauerkraut drained
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
Directions
Lay out slices of bread on a working surface. Spread dressing on each slice of bread. Layer the corned beef onto four slices, top with sauerkraut and lay a slice of cheese on top of each. Place the remaining bread pieces on top.
Heat a cast-iron or heavy-bottom skillet over medium-low heat. Grill the sandwiches until the bread is golden-brown and cheese is starting to melt, turning to toast on both sides, about 5 minutes.
