Roasted Potatoes With Rosemary

Ingredients

  • 3 lb (2 bags) One Bite Potatoes
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • Fresh chives, chopped, for serving

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place potatoes on large sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil and season with next 5 ingredients. Toss well to combine. Roast for 30-45 minutes, tossing gently after 20 minutes. Potatoes should be slightly crisp and fork tender when done. Serve hot with a sprinkling of fresh chives.
