Rosemary Turkey Gravy

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp. The Fresh Market Unsalted Butter
  • 7 tbsp. The Fresh Market All purpose Flour
  • 3 c. The Fresh Market Turkey Stock
  • ½ tbsp. fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Directions

In a sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Once butter has melted, stir in flour and allow to cook for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Slowing add turkey stock while whisking. Reduce heat to low and add rosemary. Allow gravy to simmer until mixture has reduced and thickened slightly, about 7-10 minutes. Gravy is ready when mixture coats the back of a spoon. Serve warm.
