
Ingredients
- 3 whole eggs
- ½ c milk
- ½ c grated Parmesan cheese
- Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 8 slices The Fresh Market Garden Veggie Bread
Directions
In a shallow dish whisk together the eggs, milk and cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture, turning to coat both sides.
Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a cast iron or nonstick pan over medium heat. Toast the bread slices in batches, turning to cook on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
