
Ingredients
- 8 tbsp salted butter (1 stick), at room temperature
- 1 Shallot, minced
- 2 tbsp Chives, minced
- 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
Directions
Let 1 stick of butter soften to room temperature and add it to a medium-sized bowl.
Mix in 1 minced shallot, 2 tbsp of chives and 2 tbsp of parsley until well combined. Add a pinch of salt to taste.
Transfer butter to center of a sheet of parchment paper and shape into a log. Store at room temperature if using within a day, otherwise refrigerate.
