In a slow cooker, add the chicken thighs and cover with ½ c of Lillie’s Q Smoky Memphis Style Sauce.
Put the lid on the slow cooker and cook on high for 2 ½ -3 hours.
When the chicken is tender, remove the slow cooker lid and use tongs or a slotted spoon to transfer the chicken thighs to a medium sized bowl to cool, about 5-10 minutes. Discard cooking liquid from the crock pot and place on warm.
Once cool enough to handle, add 1 ½ c of sauce and shred the chicken thighs while mixing with the sauce. Place sauced chicken back into the slow cooker to keep warm until serving. Stir occasionally to keep the bottom from scorching.
