Smoked Tuna Spread

• 1 tbsp. The Fresh Market Non Pareil Capers, drained and roughly chopped
• 1 tub whipped cream cheese
• 2 tbsp. fresh parsley
• ½ lemon zest and juice
• ¼ tsp. each, salt and pepper
• 1 container Neptuna Smoked Chunk Light Tuna, drained
• 1 pkg. The Fresh Market French Rounds, for serving

In a medium mixing bowl, combine first 6 ingredients until well incorporated. Gently fold in the Smoked Neptuna tuna until combined. Allow spread to chill at least 30 minutes or overnight. Serve over french rounds with fresh parsley as garnish.
