Sour Cream Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cake flour (not self rising)
  • 1 c. self rising flour
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 325º.

Mix together flour and sugar in a medium mixing bowl. Prepare butter, margarine, eggs, vanilla, lemon flavoring, and sour cream in a large mixing bowl. Using a hand-held beater, slowly begin beating. Slowly begin to add dry mixture.

Grease a bundt cake pan. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake in the over at 325ºF for 1 hour.
